Conservation Agriculture & Post-Harvest Tech

A 5-year cooperative project in partnership with Kilimo Trust scaling conservation agriculture, organic composting, and solar post-harvest crop drying technologies. By training local cooperatives, we aim to improve farm productivity, protect vulnerable soil, and reduce post-harvest grain losses.

Conducting long-term trials on organic fertilization, soil acidity neutralizers, and altitude-dependent crop rotation models in the high-plain highland zones of Rwanda's Northern Province.

Inyamibwa Value-Added Bakery Incubator

Developing Orange-Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP) and Irish potato baking formulations to improve food security and increase smallholder farmer incomes. This initiative trains youth and women-led bakeries to produce highly nutritious local baked goods.
